Skyrim has failed to allocate memory

So I have been playing skyrim for the last week or so and about an hour or two into my session I get a CTD with a message that says "Skyrim has failed to allocate memory" I keep loosing progress and it is just an annoyance in general. I have tried many fixes and looked online to no avail this is my last hope. 

Specs:

GTX 750 Ti

AMD (fx) 4130 Quad Core Processor 3.80 GHz

16GB of RAM 

almost 500GB of HDD space remaining.

I am running no enb's or anything outside of what you see in that picture besides Fake Full Screen (Which I installed as an attempt to fix the issue)
